Hi! I am a fine art painter living in Union Bay, British Columbia on beautiful Vancouver Island.

I paint from my experience here so my paintings come from my walks with the dog, feelings for animals and other beings whose paths cross mine; the beautiful oceanscapes which are everywhere here and in general, the mystery of life!

I love to teach painting too; I offer both group and private classes at my studio for a limited number of students - at any level - as well as through Courtenay Recreation in town.

A passionate advocate for animal welfare - because they are the same as us inside, wanting love, and to live and be happy!, - I use my art wherever possible to help the well-being of all animals.
